- Breast milk (best option)
- Baby formula with iron
- 12-23 Months
- Whole cow’s milk with no added flavors or sweeteners
- 2-5 years of age
- Non-fat or 1% cow’s milk with no added flavors or sweeteners
*Milk should not be flavored with chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or any other flavors.
*Water should not contain any added vitamins, minerals (e.g. electrolytes), stimulants (e.g., caffeine) or sweeteners. It is ok to flavor water with natural fruit slices.
